Jeff is the Founder of Elevate Recruiting Group. He has over a decade of legal recruiting experience placing associates, partners, and in-house legal counsel at leading law firms and companies across the U.S. with a specific focus in the Texas legal market. By taking the time to truly understand the specific needs of his candidates and clients, Jeff has established a strong track record of making career matches that stand the test of time.
Jeff graduated with honors from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance. Prior to founding Elevate Recruiting Group, he was a principal for 10 years at another legal recruiting agency based in Dallas. Earlier in his career, he was the co-founder and CEO of Fire Island Beer Company, a NY-based Microbrewery specializing in high-quality craft ales, which was distributed in over one-thousand bars and restaurants across New York. Jeff also worked as Director of Sales and Motorsports for the Classic Car Club, a Manhattan-based private member's club.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing tennis, watching Formula One racing, road cycling, drinking good wine and most of all, spending time with his wife and son.
